The top was very see through and Fox pulled out all the stops to show off her incredible figure and tanned complexion.
Her tiny waist was cinched in by a pair of tight black trousers, which were held together by a long silver chain.
The jeans hugged her in all the right places and onlookers were stunned to see the Jennifer’s Body star looking so radiant.
She wore a fresh face of makeup with light, glowy skin, lashings of mascara and a subtle nude lipstick.
Megan paired her ensemble with a large black tote bag for her possessions as the couple wandered the streets of London for a lavish date night.
Rapper MGK walked alongside her as the duo held hands and walking in front of the paparazzi.
Machine Gun Kelly – real name Colson Baker – wore an oversized, sleeveless grey suit jacket that covered his body and cut off just above his thigh.
He wore the jacket wide open so that onlookers could see his chest and arms covered in tattoos.
The rapper wore a long silver chain round his next and styled his iconic blonde crop in a shaggy fringe.
On his bottom half, MGK added a pair of matching grey pinstripe trousers and accessorised with silver earrings, chunky leather bracelets and a black manicure.
Back in February it was rumoured that the couple were on the rocks after a slurry of selfies from the Transformers actress.
She shared a set of pictures and added the caption: “You can taste the dishonesty, it’s all over your breath,” which are lyrics from Beyoncé’s 2016 song Pray You Catch Me.
Fox had also deleted all evidence of MGK from her profile and bumped her follow count up from zero to three – Eminem, Harry Styles and Timothee Chalamet.
